We collect your mobile phone number for the sole purpose of sending you operational text messages related to appointment reminders, account and service updates, and responses to your inquiries. Your number is collected only when you affirmatively opt in through our website contact form.

No mobile information will be shared or collected with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile information may be shared with subcontractors we use to support our internal operations, such as our SMS platform provider, solely for the purpose of delivering these messages to you.

 

Data Security & Retention

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through our SMS program. We retain your mobile number for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your account or service needs. On average, 1-2 messages per month.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
